I placed an order with an advertisement I found on Facebook market thinking it was ok I placed 2 separate orders with deals that were too good to be true. I guess they really were. I contacted one company and they have been giving me the run around since December 2022. I have been given a tracking number and it states the item was delivered ... to Hawaii when I live in New York. instead of all this back and forth I have asked for a refund number of times and I have gotten nothing. The 2nd sell did send me an item however it was not what I paid for and not what was listed on my confirmation email. I want satisfaction I am fighting cancer and i will fight this as well.

Never NEVER buy from Facebook site. They got me once too. Now I look up the same item on Amazon. 95% of the time, they have it too.
