Yesterday I got one too from the same address. I had ordered from website Nlrds. I tracked the order from China to Los Angeles. It sat in LA for days a d then when I tracked again, I was told there was no such tracking number. I emailed their customer service number and received no reply. I reported this to my credit card company and they credited my account, issued a new card and took a detailed report.

I ordered 2 planters from an add on facebook appearing it was through home depot from craftsman-buy. I ordered the planters also, and received two tiny packages of seeds and instructions on how to plant them from that address. (I don’t even think they are really the seeds they say they are.) This is crazy!

I am so happy, I'm a living testimony. I got my blank ATM card last week from William scot hackers. At first when I applied I was in doubt, I asked
my friend if she knows anything about the blank card she said no and that I
should be very careful because of scammers.
Then I decided to give it a trial to my surprise the card was delivered, I
went testing it on the ATM machine I was shocked when I use it to withdraw
$3000 and now I have withdraw $20000 in total.
The card is real, I'm so happy thank you William scot hackers.

You ordered something online and it is a Scam, I ordered some shirts and received a tracking number from China, The tracking number is listed on the bottom of the USPS package I received today with the same garbage rings in your picture.
