I got a piece of cardboard in the mail from a scam address., Washington, USA

I also received a piece of cardboard today from Harvey Kinney, 10175 Harwin Dr. Set 100A, Houston TX 77036. I see that this address was also used in another scam from a Cody Polk. I don't understand the purpose of something like this? lol Seems like time could be better put to use! Hopefully there was nothing deadly in the package.
