I got a cheap tee shirt that I did not order. It came from this address. (12500 Slauson Ave UnitB1A, Santa Fe Springs CA 90670. The item I ordered was a swimsuit from Poneen, which is supposed to be an American owned and operated company, but this arrived instead. The charge posted to dailynicelyf.com, which is a Chinese Company. When I go back to the Poneen site and enter my order #, it says no such order exists. Both Poneen and dailynicelyf.com use customercare-vip service out of China to supposedly help to resolve issues. They are not helping at all. They want me to return the item to China at my expense, and then say they will refund my money. Probably both companys are scams, including this customercare-vip. I guess I am out $33. I will definately report to BBB, but hesitate to do a fraud charge thru my CC, as they will issue a new number and so many of my legitimate billings are attached to my current number.Im in Portland, OR, USA
