I got 2 packages today, and it contained a ring in each package, 14915 177th St ste 202, Jamaica, NY, USA

149-15 177th Street, 11434 New York, United States

I got 2 package today from Jane 14915 177th ST STE202 Jaimaica NY, by USPS on my name and it was a ring in each package with white stone. I never ordered any such thing as I don't wear jewelry. What should be done? Anything suspicious, or to be cautious?
