I got 2 items i ordered but neither one works, JUNK, Michigan, USA

I ordered somethings from a company online , the pkgs came from JANE, and neither item works, im trying to get refunds but sounds like i got scammed x 2
Im not sure i think this was done on market place, but i cannot find it now, im trying to get more info so i can hopefully get a refund, i had never heard of jane and didnt order from any company named jane, so i think must have been under another name
