I ordered a flash drive for photos was supposed to be 19.99 but received this other kind of drive ( m.2 SSD portable flash drive was charged 33.51 that I do not want . I want a refund, This product will not work for me. How can I get a refund. I used my credit card and would like a refund .I don't remember name so I dont have any way to contact anyone.

I was given the number 1-402 935 7733 but that's PayPal and I didn't pay through PayPal. I tried to put a dispute but since it wasn't purchased there they couldn't help me.
