SCAM. Check your credit card bill, call your credit card co./ bank, report it as fraudulent. They will start an investigation, reverse charges. This is a new scam, either "brushing" (look it up), a scam dealer, or maybe you ordered one of those "Amazon pallets," which are always a scam. In fact, ANY super low price item is virtually always a scam (for example, I'm looking at chicken coops, now I'm getting ads on FB for coops that sell for between $300-1000, for $39. Ridiculous. Look at the replies on FB: all bots/spoofed names/people. Don't trust ANY "super deal."
