Employees could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace due to, where there have been a number of cases of the virus among members of staff: 1. Masks are not being worn, even by managers, and the wearing of masks is not being enforced; 2.... Protective shields are being removed from the desks where employees sit and work.

With the COVID-19 pandemic and positive cases in the facility, there is a concern that employees are not informed of positive cases and are allowed to work in direct contact instead of quarantining. The employer is also not cleaning areas after a positive case is reported.
