Hello look under your tracking number there shld be a tracking number like zd81006???? I had placed an order threw Macy's which then went to easytogets I ordered clothes and got that ring so try to match it with a current order

Yikes I got the same ring when I ordered the sweaters. Looked like they were coming from Macy’s!😣 I’m going to call my Visa card tomorrow and report it.

I’ve ordered from TEMU numerous times & have always gotten my items within 2-3 weeks.
My order from Nords is the beginning of this ring incident. I got a ring, not the clothes I ordered. If you ordered from Nords, there's the start to fix it. If that's possible.I'm trying.

I received one yesterday. I never ordered a ring. I placed an order on my phone for some items on TEMU and I get this crappy ring. When I never received the order from TEMU, I reported it to my credit card and they refunded my money. This is definitely a scam. I never received a receipt for my order on TEMU. Watch out for phone scams.

I received two rings today and the only order I haven't received was from a company called canounlys@roupabr.com. I ordered over 20 items. Items that were supposedly delivered through USPS with no updated tracking number with them. I ordered thise items over 2 mnts ago and I'm still trying to get a resolve with the company.

I just got this freaking ring yesterday!! I ordered from a site that said Macys too. 🤬 Email sent by them confirming my order was from California Warehouse🤷🏻♀️ I guess I was also scammed and will not get what I ordered. I will reach my CC and hopefully they will help me get a refund for being scammed
I received the same ring. If you look closely it wasn’t Macys that took your original order, just take a look at your charge it is not by Macys it was RH fashionpicks. I would call my card company and have them on alert for additional charges from them.

I got the ring today too. Above there was a letter that one lady received saying they sent the ring out to confirm address. I know the items I ordered are coming from out of the country & I have received 3-4 text messages asking me to verify my address for a FedEx package. I didn’t respond but now I wonder if those texts were legit & that’s why I haven’t gotten my clothes yet. Just a thought. I’m gonna go back in my texts & confirm my address to see if it gets me my stuff.
I got a website off the paperwork that came with the ring. It gave me a phone number. The woman said theyve received many same complaints, offered to have a courrier puck it up if I verified the address. Honestly that sounded more like a scam than the actual scam. I still dont know how to stop it.
Notify your credit card Co. They will check it for fraud and refund your charge. I also closed the card for a new one.
