I need heat- my house is freezing. Can't seem to get a live person at Duquesne light- just recordings. We had a downed power line on Cypress St. next to my street-Osceola St.I have tried to contact Duquesne light thru the nite yesterday and this morning but to no avail. I was out grocery shopping yesterday when my neighbor called my cell phone to let me know of the outage- when I came home still no power & today still no power. I am older(71 +) with health conditions.
