I am reporting receiving an item I did not order., S Ashland Ave, Chicago, IL 60609, USA

3711 South Ashland Avenue, Chicago, 60609 Illinois, United States

There were 3 items each packaged individually. They were Christmas related. I did not open the items as I knew I had not ordered. Each were labeled with a QR code and E230**** then on each package the ending letters of SDS / LR / XR….. What do I do now ?
