I ordered for items on this website over a month ago and never got the items I ordered for. I contacted them through their email immediately, they initially claimed it was delivered to me (the only order I got that day was an unordered Maisonette ring which I am now forced to link to them), and later suggested refunding 70% of my purchase amount to me which I accepted. it’s been over a month now and I have neither received my items nor received my refund
