I am reporting incorrect items delivered with no supplier information available., Mississauga, ON, Canada

Today I rec'd my package of five identical items undamaged. The contents was five red/black and white tartan discs. I had ordered five green/red and white GIBBS family tartan discs. I phoned EIE CORP. and was told to contact my credit card provider for where the payment was sent. EIE CORP staff person said they are only a freight forward company and have no contact information on where there shipments come from. I asked for confirmation that this is information not assistance or customer service and the staff person hung up.
