I ordered something online as well and never got it. My bank statement showed a company in China. I just got ring today in zales jewelry box from the same restaurant depot address in Georgia. It must be some loop hole for them as long as they send you "something" maybe they aren't liable somehow???? Who knows. Really strange that's their go to
