I have a cable that is damaged and some idiot hooked up a power generator hoping that it would turn on the power to the apartments that I live in and it’s running for no reason because the cable that runs to our apartment had been damaged from a tree falling on it and when they cut the tree down it damaged the cables even more. My neighbor has 2 infant babies and 2 small children and no power as well.
