I am reporting a scam site mintvetoutletuk.com, Mintvetoutletuk.com
I ordered 4 items of Mint Velvet clothing from this website that I saw advertised on Instagram. I received two cheap rings. I have emailed customer services: service@vip-dmarius.com asking for an explanation/ the items I ordered or a refund but have not received a reply. The package was received via Royal Mail. Seems to be from JQX In, no 9 LUFENGLU, chengmenshen, Fuzhou, Fuji an 35000 CHINA Phone; 8617759016968
Is there any advice about what to do next?
