JC Penney. Website info@servicemanaging.shop. I ordered stuff. They told me it was on the way. I never got it. I have Email them and have not got a response. Don't buy from them.

I have the same problem. They say it is delivered but I have never received anything

I had same problem but only got confirmation email and email saying shipped by carrier China CMS, never delivered or received.
