I am reporting a charge of 64.70 to my credit card on January 23, 2025I received a charge of 64.76. Bi had ordered some clothes from softwhimsy which I never received. The company gave me a tracking number, would not say who the carrier was, and promised to get back with me. It was on Facebook.
From Facebook, there was an ad from a company called soft whimsy, that sold over stock items like vests, hoodies, coats etc.. I bought from that site. I received plenty of notifications about my order number and tracking number. The products were coming from China so I expected they would take a while. Meanwhile the tracking number kept me updated until I read that the order was delivered 2/27/25. But it wasnt. When I could not find which courier delivered the order, I was told (through a chat box) that they had to investigate and email me so I could contact them. That was 2 weeks ago. No email, no order, but my credit card was charged the day I placed the order in January. On my statement the company's name was BWAL STORE London. 64.70$ I am reporting it to my credit card company as fraud.
