Hello, I just received the same which prompted me to Google the address and found this site and your message. I realized why I received this cheap product - you see, on 08/08/2023 I saw an informercial for a portable Ice Maker and thought the price was a steal ($45.88). I didn't hesitate to order it. Almost a month went by, and I still didn't receive my package so I made attempts to contact the facility via e-mail. It appears that the email address does not exist. Today - I received the infamous 3-prong charger which I never ordered and put 2 and 2 together and realized I was scammed. I say all that to say this - try to think back on any online purchases that you may have made in the past month or so that you did not receive. This may very well be the cheap product that they sent you in lieu of your merchandise as a way to say that they did mail out your product if you choose to appeal it with your bank. (I am putting this message on every comment to bring awareness to the threading scam).
I also received 2 packages with 2 phone cords in them.one today and one yesterday .I haven't ordered anything .
Got second charger today. Not using them
