On August 16, 2023 I ordered a weekend bag with a set of 2 toiletry cases. My account was charged $39.98 but I have yet to receive it. My confimation number does not exist. Someone help me/us.

Same! I ordered 3 bags and tracking says they were delivered. The email address bounces back. I called HSN and they said it was a scam and to call my credit card. Unfortunately I paid direct from bank. Must have been PayPal.

I ordered the same and weeks later received a rubbery happy face coin in the mail. What a scam! Never again!!!
