Luggage purchased, but never received. Bought off of Facebook. Only received a small happy face.Bought a luggage set off of Facebook around te first week of June. Never received luggage. Company said they were HSN-factory Outlet Shop. Was charged $49.97. Was sent a small happy face with the tracking number AG0912******

The last email I got ask me to give them a week to investigate. They informed me the problem was the shipping company. Was told they would try and give my money back. Not holding my breath. I will never order off of Facebook again. Scam!!
