She's a major hoarder. She has major problems with her water/sewer. When she takes a bath or does the dishes her water just drains in her basement. It doesn't leave the house as out going sewer like normal peoples homes. It has an awful smell in her entire home. You can even smell the smell sometimes on the outside of the house. She has fleas and bed begs also.
