I have the same ring!! I made an order for “mango” and it turns out that it is behind such a fart. Which sends you your order tracking emails and everything. I sent an email to tell them that where the clothes are, that I have a crappy ring... they answered that it was a gift and it was to see that my address was real, that they give me the other package if I want... I mean total scam!!

The same thing happened to us hahahaha, we bought in a Stradivarius “offer” that we saw on TikTok, in theory it arrived within a week but instead that ring arrived a month later, we didn't complain because it's very nice but we expected the clothes 😔
