I just received an envelope from HeNanBaoShui with a Christmas stocking that I never ordered. I also had to pay delivery and custom duties at the post office. Very negative experience!
Received a necklace instead of a phone
I received a mirror that I didn't order and on top of that 6€ in customs costs. CAREFUL. Can it be claimed in any way?
Received two imitation diamond rings instead of clothing. Paid Australian dollars. Very angry. If the goods bought and paid are too good to be true. Don't buy. Lesson learnt.
