I ordered Suicide Awareness apparel from Health Awareness USA. An add came across my feed on Facebook. Items that I ordered on September 20th took 1 month to be delivered. The package was missing one item, a hat, that I was most looking forward to having for a Suicide Awareness walk in my local community. The hat was Not in my package. The USPS package sent from Abby Adkins, 605 St Ln Elk Grove, Chicago, IL 60007. I have been going back and forth with this company through a Customer Service email support @healthawarenessusa. com for over a month now about the status and location of my hat. I have been given nothing but the runaround. They claimed that my hat was sent in a 2nd parcel and provided a tracking number. I visited my local post office and they were unable to locate this tracking # and told me it was from a 3rd party shipping company and I have likely been scammed. I have requested multiple times in my messages for a refund of my money and I keep getting the same automated type email responses. There is no phone number provided for this company to call for support. I did research and found that they are not BBB accredited. I just want my money back so I can be done with them!
