Burt wire goes to water system i believe I just bought property spent thousands trying to figure out problem this is it not grounded. I dug from showing burnt Wite since I bought property leads to main pipe to house went to everyone I asked what does this go to never looked and I finally dug up from burnt part above ground was my last resort since my house turn on tub get shocked washer unplugged shocked just get shocked everywhere. I don’t know was like this when I bought house but house electrical and water problem of getting electrical shock and this pipe goes to house water

I ordered 3 sets of glass hummingbird feeders that were advertised on Facebook. When they finally arrived, they were made out of plastic and very ugly. I would like to know how I can get a refund on my $109.58 order.
