I made the purchase of a laser engraver. That never arrived. I sent an email saying that it hadn't arrived yet and they replied that they were sorry but there had been a delay. Then they answered that it had already been delivered, and they even sent a link to follow the tracking. The email came from dyl_support@pegroupinfo.com. And the link to follow was t.17track.net/. I never received anything and they said it was delivered.
