GRA Moissanite Ring, Sent to me in Hemet, CA

Did not order this Moissanite Ring. It came from GRA Moissanite Shipping Center, 6303 Seven Seas Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93308. I recently ordered two items on different Facebook sites that never came but I did not order this.

The same thing happened to my sister. She ordered clothes from a Facebook ad she saw, then realized she probably shouldn't have since it wasn't a legit site. It's been 3 weeks and the clothes order is still "in transit" (from Asia) with no updates (even their tracking website is fake). Super shady! All of a sudden, this ring shows up today! Same shippers address, no receipt, just the ring, GRA MOISSANITE pamphlet and warranty card that wants you to register on their very questionable website that isn't secure ("http" vs. "https") and ends with ".cn" for China (vs. ".com"): http://www.gra-moissanite.cn.
