Got sent a ring didn’t order FB scam, 9272 Hyssop Dr, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, USA

I had an online order from Bealls outlet from china which I showed all the tracking . When it reached California express I feel someone kept my merchandise. I believe that at this time someone got my package replaced my merchandise with a cheep ring and sent a ring to my house (sent pic)and kept my merchandise. Different tracking number left California to my house. I also see that someone else reported the same situation and got sent a ring also . Can anything be done with us to stop this. Company will not refund do to carrier saying it was shipped to my house but that is no where near what I ordered . Please help
