Got Scammed, Support@billbo.shop

Support@billbo.shop took my money for a night stand Clock and gun safe for $43.95. first they said it was shipped, then delivered to a made up address, then i started the process of letting them know something was not adding up . that's when they started all the lies of refunding me then was told my refund was rejected by my bank. check with them never had a request this has been going on for 5 months now. they keep telling me to give them a few more days to resolve it but nothing has come from it.
