Safety Report: Got cheap ring in mail I did not order from Cody Polk in Houston, TX, Greensburg, PA, USA

Today I received a “GRA Moissanite” ring in the mail I never ordered. It looks like an “engagement ring” but isn’t even stamped Sterling. I assume this is a byproduct of two orders placed end of June from what appeared to be Vineyard Vines and Life is Good clearance outlets advertised on Insta. Those packages never arrived and after communication with their “customer service” (email only) and a series of tracking numbers that went nowhere or said delivered when not, I realized their canned responses were part of a scam. One series came from flagral. com (disguised as Life is Good) and the other campanness. com (disguised as Vineyard Vines). One of the sites is no longer even valid if I click on my order status (the site is gone !) the other I was able to still grab screenshots of the site (as of last week) and attached to this report. I have filled out reports with the FTC on both transactions. Oddly can’t find the charges on my CC but assume at some point my info is/will be compromised and I’d assume this pkg of junk from TX is part of that. I’ll be taking to the local post office tomorrow to file a complaint. Note this pkg from Cody Polk, 10175 Harwin Dr, Set 100A, Houston, TX 77036 (photo attached)
Same, including the Life is Good bait n switch. SMH
