I purchased a large cat tree from Zonibro for $19.95 USD + postage. Items were suppose to be dispatched from Canberra, Australia and take 7 - 15 days express shipping. Three months later i receive a pair of ear muffs!When I contacted them I was given two options, to return the ear muffs that I did not order at my expense or a refund minus the postage that was now $10.99 USD.
You order from one company and gets dispatched from another. This site should be closed down or at least a warning attached to their website address!
