I purchased a large cat tree from Zonibro for $19.95 USD + postage. Items were suppose to be dispatched from Canberra, Australia and take 7 - 15 days express shipping. Three months later i receive a pair of ear muffs!
When I contacted them I was given two options, to return the ear muffs that I did not order at my expense or a refund minus the postage that was now $10.99 USD.
You order from one company and gets dispatched from another. This site should be closed down or at least a warning attached to their website address!

Oh so that’s who sent me that scarf. I ordered chairs as well and received this scarf sometime after my purchase and called Amazon to see what the deal was. They had no clue and it wasn’t on my account smh. I’m going back and forth with the “chair company” now playing around with them seeing how far they can take their lies smh.
