I purchased a $59 “Lucky Box” which is advertised as an Amazon Surprise Pallet. The box is the size of my hand. I received a pair of knock-off earbuds and a retractable charging cable. Nowhere close to the value of which I paid nor close to what was advertised. This is most definitely a scam!

I had the same experience except the earbuds were all I recieved. I contacted their support and they said that the lucky box is what I ordered with only a chance of receiving my money's worth. This company s***s! when I asked for my money's worth or a refund they only offered a 15% refund.
