How do you get a refund?
I ordered something off of a Facebook seller and it showed delivered. I received a cheap purse from this address. I’m thinking this may be a scam.
My husband ordered a Bose CD playing through QVC (unsure if it’s legit QVC), received email saying product shipped (from China.. in Chinese writing) but CD player did not come, instead a random brown scarf we did not order came. On packaging under the sticker with sender “Carson… 2101 West Lake St, … IL” was another sticker with name Li Chaoren… from China..” What a scam. Going to contact credit card company to dispute and shred that card. We have to be careful of scammers - they’re everywhere ! What a shame!
