I ordered from an ad running on Facebook. It was to be a magnetic clip to attach to a car vent for a cell phone. It arrived today and it’s not magnetic. I never received a confirmation email which is unusual. There is no way to contact them to return the item. The return address name is for movie tickets and the address is for s storage unit. Any suggestions? The round white in the photo is paper, not magnetic and doesn’t appear to be pulled off.
