I placed an order but can’t get ANY info on the items or when it will ship. In mid August I placed and order from Shene and have had no contact since. And asked when I could expect shipping info. So far… nothing. I have a confirmation email and that is all. I have attempted to reach out to them using the the email they listed and all I get is an email in Chinese. The order wasn’t large but, to me it was a waste of money.
