I ordered 8 outfits that were supposed to arrive today and instead I was shipped an ugly scarf with horses on it. They stole my money and I want to see how I can make a formal complaint.

Same happened to me! Did you ever find out how or where to make a formal complaint? This is crazy!
The same thing happened to me I sent a email to the company with the order number and USPS tracking number and a photo of the package .
