I received a shipment of three huge bras when I had ordered 3 size small. Sent letter to ask for exchange but it was returned to me, unopened, undeliverable and non forwardable. The package took about 6 weeks to arrive in the first place. Not a reliable company. Of course, no refund.

If you need help finding the dates, download AfterShip (it’s FREE.) & type in the tracking # & it can show you when the label was created atleast so you have that sort of time frame to look for if they charged you!
