Fingertip Pulse Oximeter, order combination glucose monitor. Wrong item sent., NM, USA

I ordered (4) glucose monitors/oxygen/bp. The monitors I received are”fingertip pulse oximeters.” I paid $123.40. My husband had previously order the same items and received this in error as well unfortunately he did not feel it was worth the trouble. But,I ordered the item for the glucose option! I would appreciate your assistance to get this person held accountable. I would like a refund of my order ,or the item I ordered. Thank you kindly.
