False websites/online order scam, 2646 Rainier Ave S, Seattle, WA, USA

I had ordered some warm clothes off of a website that I saw on those ads from YT, during the holiday they were promoting a sale. So I bought a few things I needed for Christmas and the order was taking way too long I didn’t know what to do but be patient as the link they sent me to track my package said was apparently coming from china. So I thought maybe it takes a while since it was around Christmas. It has been a sketchy situation all around I tried to email the co website which also was sketchy they had no phone number to call for help. I did not received what I ordered but instead I got a ring with a envelope that came from 2646 Rainier Ave S Seattle WA. This is my first time being scammed like this. I don’t know what to do. I haven’t heard back from the company I asked for a refund. Pls help!I',m in Las Vegas
