False advertising/wrong product; no way to return, Dallas, Texas, USA

I ordered a pair of shoes. Took forever to come; wrong size. Much smaller, child's size was sent

The package is from: Gramando Oteroy 2406 Tech Center Pkwy Lawrenceville, GA 300043
It was definitely false advertising stating they were CROCs.....sandals...not CROCS; they say Fashion and very small size.
