Myself and two of my friends ordered from CozeyHouse for robes that were advertised as plush, zip up robes and mine was supposed to have a hood. Instead we got cheap, thin fabric with completely different prints on them. I ordered a pink flower robe and got a red robe with a different flower pattern, no front pockets and no hood. We have emailed them consistently and their only response is to give us $5-7 back for the inconvenience. This is a complete scam. The order came from China to this warehouse and then shipped to me. I want a full refund for this and it’s the least they can do for all of the stress it has caused me. The “from” address name was not a business- only “Jerry(001)-Yasfbara”.
