Received a package of a tool without the handle that of which is a necessity to operate the tool without the assembly is not useable what so ever! Bo contact phone for customer service or email statement was sent to me confirming any purchase for this item or that it was in route to me for delivery. Now I must call my bank and buy this my credit card looks like some kind of brushing scam.
