I went to the Nordstrom Rack site to look for THE TOTE BAGS. I saw they were getting low on inventory and offering a discount. I wanted to sell these in my e-commerce store. Apparently at checkout I was diverted to a scam site. When I received my 3 bags I immediately knew I was duped. I tried contacting the customer service email associated with my order confirmation and my email bounced back.

Yes that site got me too. When I ask for a tracking number it took a week. When I finally received the package it was a silver ring in a box. When I emailed them and told them this was not the item I order and asked for a refund. They emailed back stating I will receive a refund in 5 business days which is probably a lie too.

I got scammed too. I received the fake bags yesterday. I caught on 5 minutesafter my purchase went through & immediatelycalled the credit card company. The credit card company would not do anything until i received the next statement. I was instructed to call back then & speak to the fraud dept. Did you all receive a refund?
