Ordered woman’s apparel from Chicmilky but came as USADandelionsnet.com. The clothes were very poor quality, had no label, no tags, no washing instructions, and no easy way to contact. I ordered through PayPal and when I started to file a dispute the Company’s name went from English writing to Chinese writing right before my eyes! I was shocked. And felt defeated. However, I got some satisfaction but want a full refund, not partial. This Company is a fraud and a scam.Scam: #Chicmiky;
