Facebook Scam, St Albans, England, UK

Facebook Scam, St Albans, England, UK

St Albans, England, United Kingdom

I want to report Zero Miracle Network Ltd which I now learn from the Customer Forum is a dodgy company to say the least. The items I ordered on 24th January 2025 were supposedly coming from the USA; five Sensor LED Lights for which I paid via Paypal £32.29.Their web site was on Facebook but has since disappeared. Confirmation of the purchase came from Fresh-simplefie.uk There was an anomaly between this confirmation and the amount billed by Paypal. £5.38 was added for tax with no explanation. Had that been in the original bill I would not have proceeded at that point. Tracking information was sent tracing the order leaving Rayleigh 2**** on 25/01/2025 with further updates on 27/01/2025 and 29/01/2025 when it was in Greensboro 2****. The package arrived at US Customs on 1/02/2025 and was being inspected on 4/02/2025. The next day 5/02/2025 it was delivered to my address in the UK. Is that really possible? I emailed the company at PayPal @provide-solve. com recording my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund. Copies of this correspondence are enclosed with their response. I was particularly vexed with the address provided which lacked a recipient name and post code. At that point I decided to appeal to Paypal.
