On July 10, 2023, I made a purchase of 2 pairs of shoes, the same ones that until now I have not received; the reference code is 89****, I bought 2 pairs of shoes through a Facebook promotion in this company and they never contacted me and they have not delivered the shoes to me. I hope they will refund the money paid with my credit card, the value of US 39.98 because approximately two months have passed and the merchandise has not arrived, which is why I no longer need the shoes. NOTE: I am attaching the account statement, containing my purchase and in which the supplier RH PIUSDH.COM is registered, which is why I am contacting you.
