Received Hosta bulbs from “Jada Noel” from a mailing address in Los Angeles CA 90058 from 1800 50 th Street.About 6 weeks ago I ordered some Hosta bulbs from an ad on Facebook. No further info available to me from Facebook. I was going to cancel my cc order but truthfully forgot about the order, then these bulbs appeared today in the US MAIL. The packaging suggests I ask for planting instructions but no URL nor email address provided just the shipping address of 1800 50th st in Los Angeles under the name of Jada Noel. Can you help? There is a product but no way of knowing if these are the Hosta plants I ordered. Thank you
