I ordered a glucose testing machine from this vendor, and it is defective. I would like to return it.I ordered the glucose tester from an add I saw on Facebook. It arrived today, but when I attempted to put batteries in it, the spring for one of the battery holders slot was flat and not springy like it should be. It is clearly defective and I need to know how to return it to the sender.
